This F2P tier page shows how to progress in The House TD 2 without pretending every lobby owns premium shelves. DeadB Studios’ early beta already gives a real on-ramp: join the group, claim Kitty, learn summoning and items, then farm faction coins with intention on House and Kitchen. Everything here assumes Place 131367064230486 and rejects original House TD pay tables.

F2P north star

Spend attention in this order:

1. Correct game identity (TD2, not Spectral’s original).
2. Group Kitty claim.
3. Equip habit before upgrades envy.
4. One faction plan at a time.
5. Role coverage over rarity flex.
6. Only then chase niche units from Units.

Tier of F2P value (not power fantasy)

S-value — Kitty + faction honesty Kitty is S-value because it is free, immediate, and teaches the loop. Faction honesty is S-value because majority coins fund everything else. Together they beat most “secret OP unit” bait.

A-value — Bio / Frank style early Undead plans When community access lines up, Undead-oriented early boards are friendly to free players who can repeat House clears. Lock Undead coins; do not dilute into accidental Omni unless you mean to.

A-value — Military fundamentals in organized friend groups If your free friends will follow a host, Military structure from Best Teams produces cleaner farms than solo chaos.

B-value — Duchess chase on a budget Duchess can be excellent, but only after Demon majority is realistic. Free players who force her into a mixed board often lose coin speed and call the unit “mid” unfairly.

B-value — Holy / Paranormal flex slots Keep these as answers to cursed modifiers described in Floors and Modes, not as default shopping lists.

Day-one F2P route

1. Open the official place via Links Hub.
2. Join DeadB Studios; claim Kitty; leave/rejoin if needed (How to Redeem).
3. Complete Getting Started objectives.
4. Tick Starter Checklist coin steps.
5. Play House on normal speed until you can equip items without thinking (Equip Items).
6. Declare Undead or Military as your first majority experiment.

Day-two F2P route

1. Farm one faction’s coins for a full session — no souvenir summons.
2. Add Bio/Frank-style pieces only if they serve the plan.
3. Try Kitchen once roles exist.
4. Practice a boss ready-check from How to Beat Bosses.
5. Use 2x after stability; treat 3x as optional.

Day-three F2P route

1. Host or join a voice/text planned co-op lobby (up to twelve).
2. Paste the chat template from Best Teams.
3. Run intentional Omni once as a learning lab, then return to focused farms.
4. Skim Beta Notes so you are not grinding a nerfed path.

What F2P players should ignore

• Original House TD codes presented as TD2 working rewards (BigFix, Wow100k, etc.) — see Codes Hub.
• Script promises that skip learning — read Scripts Hub risk notes if curious, but do not make executors your plan A.
• Tier thumbnails with fabricated DPS.
• FOMO bundles framed as “required to clear House.”

Smart spend rules if you ever buy later

Even this F2P page should say: if you spend real money later, buy only what completes a role hole in your already working majority. Never buy random units that flip coins away from your farm. The Team Planner exists partly to stop emotional purchases.

F2P team examples

Budget Undead — Kitty + Undead core + one boss focus. Goal: Undead coins and clean House loops. Budget Military — Military spine + support; late joiners must ask before off-faction summons. Budget learning Omni — mixed roles on purpose for one night, with explicit chat agreement.

• One faction farmed for an entire evening.
